Services

Our offerings include legal consultation, document review, and advisory services related to real estate transactions. Services are delivered remotely via our website or through direct communication channels.

Service Usage

Clients are expected to provide accurate information at all times. RealtyLawHub reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if misuse or violation of these terms occurs.

Refund Policy

Legal Support Services: Due to the nature of personalized legal support and the preparatory efforts made upon booking, refunds are generally not provided once the service has commenced. However, if a session is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund can be issued.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may transfer the service to another date by contacting us via the contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur no later than 24 hours before the original appointment.

Information Products

For digital resources such as guides and manuals, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product remains unopened or undownloaded. Due to the digital nature, opened or downloaded products are non-refundable.

Physical Products

When physical materials or documents are provided, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the client. Refunds for physical products are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days following receipt of returned items.

Payment and Refund Methods

Refunds are processed using the same method as the payment made. We aim to complete refunds promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
